We wish to thank you for all of your hard work in the preparation and sale of our home at 812 Butterfly Lane, Weldon Spring, Missouri.  We are sure that your conscientious efforts in advertising and holding open houses resulted in an expeditious sale at market value.

We are also especially thankful for your honesty and communication skills.  This was especially important to us having already relocated to Alabama.  We sincerely appreciate all the hard work you did coordinating for the care and maintenance of our property in our absence. You kept us informed regularly and when negotiations  hit a  snag, you kept working towards a solution when we were ready to throw in the towel. Thanks for successfully worded as agreement suitable not only to us, but to the buyers as well.
